Most hot air balloon rides take place at sunrise when the scenery is at its most majestic and the weather conditions are most stable.
Although you have to wake up early, the glorious sunrise over the landscape is worth the early rise. The entire flight, from start to finish, takes about 3 hours.
We fly 365 days per year! Cancellations only happen if the weather is unstable.
The safety of our guests is our priority so if we feel the weather is not suitable, your flight will be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified the night before with the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Free transport will be provided to and from your hotel to the takeoff and landing sites. We do have exceptions, however. We will pick up and drop off from any hotel in Pamukkale.
In Cappadocia, we free pick up from Goreme, Cavusin, Avanos, Uchisar village, Urgup, Nevsehir, Mustafapasa village, Ortahisar village, and Ayvali. For other locations outside of the above mentioned (such as Kayseri city, Kayseri airport, Nevsehir airport), pickup can be arranged from these locations for an additional cost.
We do also offer airport transfers.
16 passengers fit in the basket of our standard size balloon baskets. Private flights can also be booked for groups of any size (16 people or less).
Bring your camera! Dress practically, knowing that you will need to climb in and out of the balloon basket Dress warm in the winter as the weather is cooler up there! For summertime, we also suggest light pants and jacket.
Sandals and high heels are not recommended, please wear closed-toe shoes.
Passengers must be age 6 and over. Pregnant women are not recommended to fly due to the possibility of bumpy landings.
